I work at night. So when I drop off the car, chris would always take me home. They didn't have to do that so I wouldn't have to wait. Just incase i fell asleep in the lounge area. And they come back and pick me up when the car was fixed. Or picked up my car at work so i could get it fixed that day. I don't think any other car dealership would do that for me. Mr. Jones and Mr. Chris went out the other way to do something nice for someone else. So I really do appreciate that. Mr Jones. Answered all my questions.

The lady was nice. It just the lies told at the facility. I brought a new nissan at the beginning of the year and was supposed to have 3 free oil changes , and 1 free gas fill up. I had to pay 92 dollars for and oil change and inspection that I wasn't expecting. I can change my own oil... could've saved that money....

Mike was fine. But when I called to make the appointment, I couldn't speak to anybody that was working at the Brunswick dealership, then I got my car towed to the Brunswick dealership. I spoke to somebody her name was Liz that said they would put a note on my car to let the dealership know that it was ready to be worked on the next morning, which had an appointment and nothing was ever done. Then when I called to check on the car nothing has been worked on, because Mike hadn't received any information about the car when I talked to 3 people prior , and I felt like I dropped the ball when surely I didn't, it was frustrating. But the car is fixed, that's all that matters
