“ Mike was fine. But when I called to make the appointment, I couldn't speak to anybody that was working at the Brunswick dealership, then I got my car towed to the Brunswick dealership. I spoke to somebody her name was Liz that said they would put a note on my car to let the dealership know that it was ready to be worked on the next morning, which had an appointment and nothing was ever done. Then when I called to check on the car nothing has been worked on, because Mike hadn't received any information about the car when I talked to 3 people prior , and I felt like I dropped the ball when surely I didn't, it was frustrating. But the car is fixed, that's all that matters ”
