Brought my Nissan Murano SL into service department after the Technician changed my oil and left the oil cap off after completing his task. The service writer promised me they would clean my engine and wash my car after checking it out. And nothing was completed.

We took my 2024 Nissan Pathfinder in for an oil change and tire rotation. The lady who we spoke to in the service department was super friendly and knowledgeable. They even washed the exterior of my car! We will be scheduling all of our service with Greenway Nissan of Brunswick!

Service Advisor Eboni Scriven worked with me to get my car serviced. Jason Sanford is the mechanic I ask for every time. He takes great care of both of my vehicles.

The young lady that assisted me was very helpful and professional! She made sure that I was taken care of and went beyond and over to help me.

Very friendly and efficient. The waiting area is very comfortable. Our oil change and tire rotation was done in less than one hour. Always a pleasant experience.

Matthew was great with my oil change, but the service lounge was very disrupting talking from one person to another about somebody’s business that I could hear

Everyone here was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. Alex was amazing throughout the whole process. He made sure I was hooked up to the wireless before I left.

I took my car in for a transmission flush.I was later told that my transmission was bad and that they couldn't program the car or complete the service. I was charged $271 and nothing was done to my car. After having my car serviced at a different service center I was informed that nothing was wrong with my transmission. There was terrible communication and no follow through. I'm not sure what I paid for when nothing was actually done.

Service person Ebony and the parts person were very helpful. Overall easy enough experience for me.

Personal service wirh Matt Jones. The Service advisor was knowledgeable about my car problem. My problem was a recall I had not been notified of, and Matt wasn't hesitate to let me know . I appreciate his straight answer.

Horrible all around, save your money and time. They don’t perform safety checks/inspections before selling cars. Dangerously unsafe, I just hope no one is seriously injured because the employees here are lazy or incompetent….or both. Run far and run fast, don’t look back at this joke of a dealer!

Check engine light was on. Dropped off so they could do a diagnostic test. The guy that checked me in told me that if the test came back with just a sensor problem, that he would not charge me. And if it was not a sensor problem, that it would be $134. Called me that afternoon and said that it was a sense of problem and that I could pick it up as soon as I was available. They changed the driver's door handle that was broken when we bought the 2023 Frontier from Dan Vanen on Altima Ave in Brunswick. The warranty is still active so we took it to Greenway Nissan. We are waiting on a gasket for a door that is back ordered.

Friendly, but took a long time. We like Nissans. We are happy to have found a Rouge.

I bought car from Nalley made one payment & engine blew out. They towed it to their shop.. Never heard from them until I called them at very end of the day.They said they couldn't fix it and my responsibility to tow it to Greenway. I was not happy and i made sure they knew it..called

Everyone was welcoming and helpful. I lost the keys to my Hertz rental car which was a Nissan. You made a key for $500. That was a bit shocking but I needed the key. What could I do?
